2. Definitions

"Application" refers to the Thammars mobile application and website. "User" refers to anyone who uses the application, whether a farmer, trader, or transporter.

3. Registration and Account

You must be 18 years or older to use the application. Information provided must be true and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. Escrow System

Paid amounts are held in escrow until order receipt is confirmed. Buyers have the right to open a dispute within 24 hours of receipt. Thammars retains a 5% service fee on each transaction.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before seller confirmation. In case of product quality issues, you can open a dispute for full or partial refund.

6. Liability

Thammars is an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the quality of products sold. Sellers bear full responsibility for listed products.
